If we have fulfilled your order incorrectly, please contact us at 215-693-6363 and return your order with individual cookies wrappers unopened to us via UPS Ground. Please understand we cannot refund orders that have cookie cello bags opened or partially consumed.
Note: Sweet Baby Cookies wraps each cookie and each order with great care and plenty of protective wrapping! You will note that they are first wrapped in cellophane bags before packaging. Then we pack them in air pillows giving them a cushion of 1-2" which are exact to UPS and FedEx packing specifications. But we cannot be responsible for how they are handled by UPS and FedEx and we regret that we are not able to refund for broken cookies. UPS and FedEx no longer honor "fragile" labels and so we, as other cookie companies, are at their mercy to handle our packages in transit.
A QUICK FIX if some of the cookies arrive broken: If it's a simple break the pieces can be "glued" back together from the backside of the cookie with a little royal icing you can make from powdered sugar and water. Stir in proportion to make a paste, apply to each edge of the break generously, reattach and wipe off extra icing that oozes from the seam. Allow to dry for 4-5 hours.
This will not affect the way the cookie tastes at all.
If the carton itself is damaged, resulting in broken cookies we will file a claim with the carrier and can then refund your purchase if the carrier honors the claim. You will need to take a photograph of the package unopened and then opened showing the damages and email those photos to us. If the shipper denies the claim, we will provide a company credit for the amount. Please e-mail the photograph/s of the breakage and shipper statement to us at:
